Fold in thawed and well-drained spinach, diced onion, crumbled bacon, sea salt, black pepper, shredded cheddar cheese, and half of the shredded mozzarella. Stir until uniformly combined.

Transfer the spinach mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread evenly and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the surface.
