# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
02 - Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
03 - Add ground beef, breaking apart with a spoon. Cook for 7-8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
04 - Sprinkle paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the beef. Stir well, reduce heat to low, add shredded cheddar, and allow to melt. Remove from heat.
05 - In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning if desired.
06 - Lay tortillas flat. Spread a spoonful of creamy sauce in the center. Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomato.
07 - Spoon the cheesy beef mixture over the vegetables and sprinkle with mozzarella. Add any optional toppings if using.
08 - Fold sides of each tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a wrap. Slice in half and serve immediately.

# Extra Cooking Tips:

01 - Adjust spiciness by adding hot sauce or diced jalapeños to the beef or sauce.
02 - For a lighter version, use whole wheat tortillas or substitute lettuce leaves for wraps.
03 - For meal prep, store filling, sauce, and fresh vegetables separately and assemble when ready to eat.
