# What You’ll Need to Cook:

→ For the beef patties

01 - 500 g ground beef (90/10 lean-fat ratio preferred)
02 - 10 ml Worcestershire sauce
03 - 3 g fine sea salt
04 - 2 g freshly ground black pepper
05 - 2 g onion powder

→ For the filling

06 - 60 g shredded cheese (cheddar, gouda, or preferred melting cheese)

→ For serving (optional, to taste)

07 - 4 hamburger buns
08 - Sliced tomato
09 - Sliced onion
10 - Leaf lettuce
11 - Sliced pickles
12 - Ketchup
13 - Barbecue sauce

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and onion powder in a large bowl. Mix gently to incorporate ingredients evenly without overworking the meat.
02 - Divide beef mixture into four equal portions. Flatten each portion into a thin disk. Place shredded cheese in the center of each patty and fold edges up to completely encase cheese, sealing seams well.
03 - Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Place the stuffed patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between each for even circulation.
04 - Air fry patties for 7 minutes. Flip each patty with a spatula, and continue cooking for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until internal temperature reaches at least 71°C.
05 - Remove patties from air fryer and let rest for 2 minutes. Serve on buns with your choice of toppings such as tomato, onion, lettuce, pickles, and sauces.

# Extra Cooking Tips:

01 - Seal cheese securely inside the patties to prevent leaks during cooking.
02 - Flip burgers halfway to ensure even browning and thorough cooking.
03 - Always confirm internal temperature reaches 71°C for food safety.
04 - Various cheeses such as cheddar, gouda, or pepper jack melt well in these patties.
