# What You’ll Need to Cook:

→ Main

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
03 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Mozzarella Sauce

07 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
08 - 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
09 - 240 ml heavy cream
10 - 120 ml chicken broth
11 - 60 g cream cheese
12 - 120 g shredded mozzarella cheese
13 - 30 g grated Parmesan cheese
14 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
15 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

→ To Serve

16 - 320 g dried pasta (such as spaghetti or penne)
17 - 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
18 - Chopped herbs or extra Parmesan, for garnish (optional)

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Pat chicken breasts dry. Rub evenly with Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and pepper on both sides.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 6–8 minutes per side until deeply golden and fully cooked. Transfer to a plate and allow to rest.
03 - In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; bring to a gentle simmer. Add cream cheese and whisk until smooth. Stir in shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring regularly, until sauce is thick and creamy.
04 - Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain thoroughly and toss with olive oil or butter to keep strands separate.
05 - Slice rested Cajun chicken. Incorporate pasta into the mozzarella sauce and toss until well coated. Arrange pasta on plates, top with sliced chicken, and garnish with extra Parmesan or fresh herbs as desired. Serve immediately.

# Extra Cooking Tips:

01 - Allow the cooked chicken to rest before slicing to retain maximum juiciness.
02 - Reserve some starchy pasta water to adjust the sauce consistency if needed.
