# What You’ll Need to Cook:

01 - 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
02 - 1 teaspoon cayenne powder
03 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
06 - 1 teaspoon sea salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
08 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
09 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

→ Chicken

10 - 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
11 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

→ Garnish

13 - Sliced jalapeños or serrano peppers
14 - Chopped fresh parsley
15 - Crushed chili flakes

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Combine all seasoning ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
02 - Brush one side of each chicken breast with melted butter and generously coat with the seasoning blend.
03 - Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat. Place chicken in the pan, buttered side down, and sear for 3 to 5 minutes.
04 - Brush the top with remaining butter, sprinkle more seasoning, then flip and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
