01 - 3 cups mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries)
02 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
04 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

07 - 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
08 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
10 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
11 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 10-inch cast-iron skillet or 9x9-inch baking dish.
02 - In the skillet, combine berries, granulated sugar, flour, cornstarch, and salt. Mix well and spread evenly.
03 - In a large bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and melted butter until mixture is sandy with lumps.
04 - Evenly spread crumble over the berry mixture and gently press down.
05 - Bake for 35–40 minutes until topping is golden and filling is bubbling. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.

# Extra Cooking Tips:

01 - Letting the cobbler rest after baking helps the filling set and enhances texture.
02 - Frozen berries can be used if fully thawed and drained.
03 - Avoid overmixing the crumble; it should remain coarse for a crisp texture.
