Tightly wrap up each tortilla. If you want, chill them wrapped so slicing's a breeze later on, or just give them a quick chop now and dig in.

Scatter the cheddar all over the spinach, spread the spinach across the roast beef, then arrange a couple roast beef slices on each flat tortilla. Slather the creamy cheese blend on the wraps before you start adding anything else.
