Beef Tortilla Wraps (Printer-Friendly)

Creamy cheese, spinach, cheddar, and beef all get rolled up in tortillas for a super simple appetizer or easy lunch.

# What You’ll Need to Cook:

→ Cream Cheese Mix

01 - ½ teaspoon ground pepper
02 - ½ teaspoon garlic salt
03 - 1 teaspoon blend of Italian herbs
04 - 2 chopped scallions
05 - 8 ounces of fluffy cream cheese

→ Tortilla Fillings

06 - 1½ cups grated cheddar
07 - 2 handfuls fresh baby spinach
08 - 1½ pounds thinly sliced deli roast beef
09 - 5 extra-large tortillas

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Tightly wrap up each tortilla. If you want, chill them wrapped so slicing's a breeze later on, or just give them a quick chop now and dig in.
02 - Scatter the cheddar all over the spinach, spread the spinach across the roast beef, then arrange a couple roast beef slices on each flat tortilla. Slather the creamy cheese blend on the wraps before you start adding anything else.
03 - Stir the cream cheese together with the Italian herbs, green onions, garlic salt, and black pepper using a little bowl. Once it’s smooth, leave it aside for now.

# Extra Cooking Tips:

01 - Go ahead, make the cream cheese spread and stash it sealed up in the fridge a couple days early.
02 - If you're prepping ahead, roll up your tortillas and keep them chilly overnight before cutting.
