# What You’ll Need to Cook:

→ Pork and Seasoning

01 - 680 g pork tenderloin or pork shoulder, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
02 - 15 ml olive oil
03 - 5 g salt
04 - 2 g black pepper
05 - 3 g garlic powder
06 - 1 g smoked paprika

→ Balsamic Glaze

07 - 60 ml balsamic vinegar
08 - 15 g Dijon mustard
09 - 15 g honey or brown sugar
10 - 5 ml soy sauce
11 - 1 garlic clove, minced

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - In a bowl, combine pork cubes with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Toss until all pieces are thoroughly coated.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork cubes in a single layer and sear on all sides until golden and browned, about 6 to 8 minutes.
03 - While pork is searing, whisk together balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey or brown sugar, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl until smooth.
04 - Reduce skillet heat to medium. Pour the prepared balsamic glaze over the pork and stir to coat evenly. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until the sauce thickens and clings to the pork nuggets.
05 - Remove skillet from heat. Serve pork nuggets warm, optionally garnished with freshly chopped herbs.

# Extra Cooking Tips:

01 - For enhanced flavor, marinate pork in seasonings for 30 minutes before searing.
02 - Serve alongside roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or steamed rice.
03 - Pork tenderloin yields a leaner result, while shoulder provides extra tenderness.
