01 -
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper, then drain excess fat.
02 -
Stir in chopped cooked bacon, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and dried minced onion into the browned beef. Mix thoroughly to combine all flavors. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
03 -
Lay tortillas flat. Sprinkle a portion of shredded cheddar cheese down the center of each. Spoon the beef and bacon mixture evenly over the cheese.
04 -
Drizzle mustard and, if desired, extra ketchup atop the beef filling. Add several tomato slices. Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the ends burrito-style.
05 -
Preheat a non-stick skillet or indoor grill over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and grill for 3–5 minutes, turning as needed, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
06 -
Transfer wraps to a plate. Carefully unroll slightly to add shredded lettuce. Reroll and slice each wrap diagonally in half. Serve immediately while warm.
