# What You’ll Need to Cook:

→ Meat and Dairy

01 - 340 g bacon, chopped
02 - 450 g lean ground beef
03 - 6 slices cheddar cheese
04 - 6 slices Colby-Jack cheese
05 - 60 g shredded cheese blend (cheddar or Colby-Jack)

→ Breads

06 - 12 soft dinner rolls (such as King’s Hawaiian)

→ Vegetables and Seasonings

07 - 60 g finely diced onion
08 - 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
10 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Mustard Sauce

11 - 45 g unsalted butter, melted
12 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
13 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
14 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Set oven to 175°C. Prepare a baking sheet.
02 - Chop bacon into small pieces and cook in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat. Reserve.
03 - In the same skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat. Add diced onion, seasoned salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Sauté until beef is fully browned and onion is tender. Drain off any surplus fat.
04 - Slice dinner rolls in half horizontally. Arrange bottom halves, cut side up, on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Place cheddar and Colby-Jack cheese slices evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls. Distribute cooked ground beef mixture in an even layer across the cheese. Top beef with cooked bacon pieces. Sprinkle shredded cheese blend evenly on top.
06 - Position the top halves of the rolls over the filling to form slider sandwiches.
07 - Whisk melted butter, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce together in a small bowl.
08 - Brush mustard sauce liberally over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over the surface, if desired.
09 - Bake uncovered for 12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
10 - Serve sliders warm with your preferred burger garnishes.

# Extra Cooking Tips:

01 - Prepare the meat mixture up to a day ahead and refrigerate; assemble sliders just before baking to avoid soggy rolls.
02 - For extra flavor, try mixing different cheese varieties such as pepper jack, muenster, or Havarti.
03 - Use fresh soft dinner rolls for best texture; staler rolls may not absorb the sauce as well.
