01 -
Set oven to 175°C. Prepare a baking sheet.
02 -
Chop bacon into small pieces and cook in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat. Reserve.
03 -
In the same skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat. Add diced onion, seasoned salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Sauté until beef is fully browned and onion is tender. Drain off any surplus fat.
04 -
Slice dinner rolls in half horizontally. Arrange bottom halves, cut side up, on the prepared baking sheet.
05 -
Place cheddar and Colby-Jack cheese slices evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls. Distribute cooked ground beef mixture in an even layer across the cheese. Top beef with cooked bacon pieces. Sprinkle shredded cheese blend evenly on top.
06 -
Position the top halves of the rolls over the filling to form slider sandwiches.
07 -
Whisk melted butter, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce together in a small bowl.
08 -
Brush mustard sauce liberally over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over the surface, if desired.
09 -
Bake uncovered for 12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
10 -
Serve sliders warm with your preferred burger garnishes.
