Tender cinnamon-spiced apples wrapped in soft tortillas with a buttery brown sugar glaze for a sweet, easy treat.

# Required Ingredients:

→ Fruit Filling

01 - 240 grams peeled and thinly sliced apples (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
02 - 50 grams brown sugar
03 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
04 - 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
05 - Pinch of salt
06 - 5 ml vanilla extract
07 - 7 grams cornstarch
08 - 15 ml water

→ Butter Glaze

09 - 30 grams unsalted butter
10 - 25 grams brown sugar

→ Wraps

11 - 4 soft flour tortillas (approx. 20 cm diameter)
12 - 30 grams unsalted butter for filling

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt 30 grams unsalted butter. Add peeled, thinly sliced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes until apples are tender but maintain shape.
02 - Combine cornstarch with water until smooth, then stir into the simmering apples. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
03 - Place each tortilla flat. Spoon apple filling along the center, fold the bottom edge slightly upward, then roll tightly to form a wrap. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
04 - In a small pan, melt remaining butter and brown sugar over low heat until smooth and glossy. Drizzle over the assembled wraps.
05 - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and toast until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes. Flip once to crisp all sides. Serve warm.

# Handy Cooking Tips:

01 - For a gluten-free version, use certified gluten-free tortillas; vegan butter can replace regular butter to make it dairy-free.
