01 -
Set the air fryer to 190°C and preheat while preparing the rolls.
02 -
Lightly flour a clean surface and roll the pizza dough into a large rectangle. Cut into 7.5×7.5 cm squares using a pizza cutter or knife.
03 -
Place one slice of pepperoni and a small pinch of shredded mozzarella in the center of each square. Avoid overfilling to prevent leaks.
04 -
Fold the dough over the filling to form a pocket and pinch the edges firmly. Optionally, crimp edges with a fork for extra seal.
05 -
Use a small brush to coat the top of each roll with olive oil. Optionally, sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
06 -
Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray. Place rolls in a single layer, spaced evenly for airflow.
07 -
Air fry at 190°C for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until rolls are golden and crispy.
08 -
Let cool for one minute. Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
