Air Fryer Parmesan Potatoes (Printer-Friendly)

# What You’ll Need to Cook:

→ Potatoes

01 - 15 mini potatoes, halved

→ Dairy

02 - 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
03 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

→ Seasonings

04 - 2 teaspoons paprika
05 - 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
06 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Herbs

08 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Remove the slotted air fryer basket, leaving the base tray in place, and preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
02 - Combine melted butter, 4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, paprika, minced garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper in the base of the air fryer.
03 - Score the cut side of each potato half with a paring knife.
04 - Place potato halves cut side down in the air fryer basket and use a silicone brush to coat the tops with the butter mixture.
05 - Sprinkle 2–3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and air fry at 200°C for 20 minutes.
06 - Flip the potatoes, add the remaining Parmesan cheese and half the fresh parsley, then continue air frying for 10 minutes.
07 - Garnish with the remaining chopped parsley and serve immediately.

01 - Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese over hot potatoes if desired for a meltier finish.
02 - Arrange potatoes in a single layer for consistent crispiness; work in batches if necessary.
