Remove the slotted air fryer basket, leaving the base tray in place, and preheat the air fryer to 200°C.

Combine melted butter, 4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, paprika, minced garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper in the base of the air fryer.

Score the cut side of each potato half with a paring knife.

Place potato halves cut side down in the air fryer basket and use a silicone brush to coat the tops with the butter mixture.

Sprinkle 2–3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and air fry at 200°C for 20 minutes.

Flip the potatoes, add the remaining Parmesan cheese and half the fresh parsley, then continue air frying for 10 minutes.

Garnish with the remaining chopped parsley and serve immediately.
