01 -
Preheat the air fryer and cook the frozen French fries according to the package instructions until golden brown and crisp.
02 -
Preheat oven to 175°C. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add lean ground beef and diced onion. Cook, stirring frequently, until beef is thoroughly browned and no pink remains.
03 -
Stir minced garlic into the skillet and cook for an additional 30–45 seconds. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Drain excess grease from the skillet.
04 -
Add condensed cheddar cheese soup and cream of mushroom soup to the skillet. Stir to fully combine into the meat mixture.
05 -
Transfer the beef mixture to a 28 x 18 cm (approximately 7 x 11 inch) baking dish. Top evenly with cooked French fries, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the fries. Bake in preheated oven for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
06 -
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, dehydrated onions, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix thoroughly to create the sauce.
07 -
Remove casserole from oven. Drizzle burger sauce evenly over the top. Serve immediately while hot.
