# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. Form cookie dough balls measuring approximately 5 ml, 10 ml, and 15 ml in diameter. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Remove the smallest cookies and continue baking the remaining cookies for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove all cookies from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
02 - Using a hand mixer, beat the softened butter in a large bowl until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until incorporated. Add vanilla extract, heavy cream, green food coloring, and salt. Continue mixing until the frosting is homogeneous and reaches the desired green color. Transfer the frosting to a piping bag fitted with a medium star tip.
03 - Pipe a circle of frosting onto the largest cookie. Place the medium cookie on top and pipe another frosting circle. Add the smallest cookie on top and pipe a decorative point on it. Adorn with sprinkles and finish by placing a sprinkle star or a small yellow mini M&M on the tip. Serve immediately.
