# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease and line a 23 cm springform pan with parchment paper. In a bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder, then stir until combined. Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool slightly.
02 - Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until fully incorporated. Pour over the brownie base and spread evenly. Bake for 35-40 minutes until center is just set. Cool for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
